- Increase/decrease budget based on conditions
- Send notifications when thresholds are reached

Turn off high-spend campaign

Best Practice
- Start with wide thresholds, adjust gradually
- Test rules on 1-2 campaigns first
- Combine multiple rules for comprehensive optimization
